OTHER INFORMATION
- Due to extensive and rare plantings, parents are asked to keep their children out of the gardens and water areas (ponds, waterfall and fountains).
- Bird seed, confetti and rice are prohibited from being thrown or used as decorations.
However, as the bride and groom leave, you may blow bubbles or light sparklers outside.
- Balloons may not be released.
- No confetti or glitter may be used on the tables. Flower petals may not be used on the tables or flooring.
- You are responsible for the clean up of your decorations, balloons, signs, etc.
- The Terrace Room is set up for your reception. Outdoor ceremony set up or outdoor receptions require a labor charge. In order to keep your costs low, we offer you the opportunity to do this set up on your own.
- No staples may be used.
- Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please use the ashtrays.
- Please do not stand on the plastic chairs. We have ladders available for your use.
- Your DJ or other entertainment and alcohol service must stop at least 1/2 hour before the end of your event.
- No animals are allowed in facility or grounds (except guide dogs or others by special permission).
- Only candles in containers such as bowls or votive cups may be used.
PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE UNTIL YOUR EVENT IS BOOKED AND THE DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED.
