CATERING
We can satisfy all of your catering needs.

  • Our minimum catering fee is $25.50 per person (plus 18% service charge and sales tax). During peak season weekends (May—Mid-October) the minimum catering fee is based on 125 people, during weekends in December the minimum is based on 175 people and during off-peak season weekends the minimum is based on 50 people. We offer a number of standard menu selections, however we will gladly customize any menu to accommodate your individual preferences.   • Coffee and hot tea service and ice water are included with each menu. Cold non-alcoholic beverages of lemonade, iced tea or punch are available for an additional charge of $1.00 per person. Unlimited fountain drinks are also available for an additional charge of $2.00 per person.

  • Children under 3 are free.

  • The final count must be given to us one week in advance of your event.

  • We provide white china, flatware, white paper dinner napkins, busing, service and clean-up for the buffet. Table linens are available for an additional fee.

  • We ask that you bring paper plates, plastic forks and paper napkins in your colors for the cake. You may choose to rent china plates and flatware from us for a nominal fee. You must provide your own cake tablecloth or rent one from us.

  • Buffet service will be approximately 1 - 1 1/2 hours or until all guests have been served. The buffet will be closed prior to cutting of the cake. It is The Manor's policy that no buffet food items may leave the facility. However we will ensure that all of your guests will have ample food to eat.
