ALCOHOL POLICY
- You are welcome to bring your own alcohol. We do not charge a corkage fee.
We strongly encourage you to hire a professional bartender.
- Glass or acrylic wine and champagne glasses are available for a small rental fee. Beer kegs are encouraged and you may use our refrigerated keg cooler. We ask that you provide necessary supplies or inquire about rentals.
- You must obtain a banquet permit available at any Washington State Liquor Store if you will be providing alcohol. The permit costs $10.00.
- Please check with your bartender for suggested quantities of alcohol for your number of guests.
Coffee and hot tea service are included with each menu. Cold non-alcoholic beverages of lemonade, iced tea or punch are available for an additional charge of $1.00 per person. Unlimited fountain drinks are also available for an additional charge of $2.00 per person.
