CATERING
We can satisfy all of your catering needs.
  • Our minimum buffet fee is $25.50 per person (plus 8.9% sales tax and 18% service charge). During peak season weekends, (May—Mid-October) the minimum catering fee is based on 125 people, during weekends in December the minimum is based on 175 people and during non-peak season weekends the minimum is based on 50 people. We offer a number of standard menu selections, however we will gladly customize any menu to accommodate your individual preferences.   • Coffee and hot tea service and ice water are included with each menu. Cold non-alcoholic beverages of lemonade, iced tea or punch are available for an additional charge of $1.00 per person. Unlimited fountain drinks are also available for an additional charge of $2.00 per person.

  • In-house catering is required during peak season weekends. You may use outside catering during the off-season, however the facility fee increases to a flat $3,500 for the eight (8) hour time period. Check with us for weekday and weeknight outside catering rates.

  • We provide white china, flatware, white paper dinner napkins, busing, service and clean-up for the buffet. Table linens are available for an additional fee.

  • The final count must be given to us one week in advance of your event.

  • Buffet service will be approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until all guests have been served. It is The Manor's policy that no buffet food items may leave the facility. However we will ensure that all of your guests will have ample food to eat.
